Welcome to Majal! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (majal.ca), services, and all interactions with our agency. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Majal offers digital marketing services, including but not limited to:
Website and branding design
Social media management and content creation
Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns
Business listing setup and consulting
Monthly marketing subscription plans
All services are subject to availability, approval, and payment confirmation.
One-time services must be paid in full before work begins.
Subscription plans are billed monthly for a minimum of 6 months, unless otherwise agreed.
Late or failed payments may result in service interruption or cancellation.
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless stated otherwise.
By working with Majal, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information regarding your business
Supply content, logos, access credentials, and feedback as requested
Approve or request revisions on time
Comply with all applicable laws regarding your content and business practices
Design services include up to 2 rounds of revisions unless otherwise specified
Final files and results will be delivered via email or shared links
Majal is not liable for delays caused by late feedback or missing information
One-time services are non-refundable once work has started
Subscription plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice after the initial 6-month period
In rare cases, partial refunds may be granted at Majal’s sole discretion
You retain ownership of all original content and materials you provide
Majal retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio (unless the client requests otherwise)
All custom work will be delivered with a commercial use license unless agreed otherwise
Majal is not liable for:
Any loss of profits or business resulting from website errors, ad performance, or service downtime
Client misuse or unauthorized access to digital assets
Changes in platform policies (e.g. Facebook, Google) that affect performance

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
